Return Window
- You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and bill must be included in the return.
- Do not remove tag from the product.
- Returns will not be accepted if any of the above are missing or damaged.
Return Process
- Raise a return request via our website.
- Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return steps.
- After receiving and verifying the product, we will initiate the refund.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days after product verification.
- You will receive an update via email once the refund has been initiated.
Refund Method
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to your store wallet or a gift card for future purchases.
