Return Window

• You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and bill must be included in the return.
• Do not remove tag from the product.
• Returns will not be accepted if any of the above are missing or damaged.

Return Process

1. Raise a return request via our website.
2. Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return steps.
3. After receiving and verifying the product, we will initiate the refund.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days after product verification.
• You will receive an update via email once the refund has been initiated.

Refund Method

• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to your store wallet or a gift card for future purchases.
